📌 Job Responsibilities
* Receive, inspect, and verify incoming construction materials and equipment.
* Maintain accurate stock records and inventory levels.
* Issue materials to site teams against approved material requests.
* Properly store, label, and organize construction materials.
* Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess, or damaged materials.
* Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.
* Maintain GRNs, delivery notes, material issue/return records, and other store documentation.
* Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Engineering, and Site teams.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
* Ensure proper handling and preservation of materials to prevent damage or loss.
* Follow company HSE, safety, and store procedures.
✅ Requirements
* 2–4 years of experience as a Storekeeper, preferably in construction/infrastructure projects.
* Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, consumables, and equipment.
* Experience in receiving, issuing, storing, and controlling materials.
* Good knowledge of inventory management and stock reconciliation.
* ERP/SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
* Good command of MS Excel and MS Office.
* Strong documentation and reporting skills.
* Good communication and coordination abilities.
* Ability to work independently and handle site/project pressure.
* Diploma or relevant qualification preferred.
