Key Requirements:
Must be SEC TNDT Approved (Saudi Electricity Company / Transmission & Distribution Training).
Valid Iqama (Transferable preferred / Ajeer option available).
Proven experience in optical fiber splicing, jointing, OTDR testing, and troubleshooting in substation/utility environments.
