**Experience:** 3–5 years
We are looking for an experienced **Electrical Technician** to handle maintenance, troubleshooting, testing, repair, and installation of electrical systems across retail stores.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on LV systems, MDBs, SDBs, MCCs, electrical panels, switchgear, lighting, UPS systems, and power circuits.
* Diagnose and troubleshoot power failures, short circuits, overloads, earth leakage, phase loss, voltage imbalance, and tripping issues.
* Test and monitor voltage, current, frequency, power factor, insulation resistance, load balance, and earth continuity.
* Repair and replace breakers, contactors, relays, cables, lighting fixtures, sockets, MCCBs, MCBs, RCCBs, RCBOs, sensors, and other electrical components.
* Perform insulation, continuity, earth resistance, and functional testing.
* Read and work with electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs).
* Support electrical maintenance for HVAC, refrigeration, pumps, generators, and other facility equipment.
* Maintain CMMS records, inspection reports, and equipment history.
* Respond promptly to emergency electrical breakdowns.
* Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards and **LOTO procedures**.
**Requirements:**
* Diploma/Technical Certificate in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology, or related field.
* **3–5 years of electrical maintenance experience**, preferably in retail, supermarkets, hypermarkets, commercial facilities, or industrial environments.
* Strong knowledge of LV distribution systems, MDBs, SDBs, MCCs, electrical protection, grounding, and power distribution.
* Ability to read SLDs, electrical schematics, and wiring diagrams.
* Experience using multimeters, clamp meters, Megger/insulation testers, earth resistance testers, and phase sequence testers.
* Knowledge of local electrical codes and safety standards.
* Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and respond to emergency breakdowns.
