* Recruitment, onboarding & staff documentation
* Attendance, leave & employee records
* Staff performance and disciplinary procedures
* HR policies and company procedures
* Employee relations & conflict resolution
* Ensure compliance with Bahrain Labour Law
Requirements:
* Previous HR management experience
* Strong communication & leadership skills
* Organized, professional and confidential
* F&B / Hospitality experience is preferred
* Good knowledge of Bahrain Labour Law & LMRA procedures
