* Diagnose and repair mechanical problems in cars, buses, trucks, trailers, and heavy vehicles.
* Perform emergency roadside repairs and get vehicles operational safely.
* Carry out preventive maintenance and routine servicing at customer sites.
* Repair or replace brakes, suspension, steering, cooling systems, belts, hoses, filters, and other components.
* Diagnose diesel engine and starting/charging system problems.
* Perform basic electrical troubleshooting when required.
* Inspect vehicles and identify the required spare parts and repairs.
* Maintain proper records of breakdown calls, repairs, parts used, and service reports.
* Coordinate with the workshop, supervisor, and customer regarding repair requirements.
* Maintain tools, equipment, spare parts, and the mobile service van in good condition.
* Follow Saudi safety requirements and company procedures.
Requirements
* 2–5 years of experience as an automobile/heavy-vehicle technician.
* Strong experience in bus, truck, trailer, or diesel vehicles preferred.
* Ability to diagnose breakdowns independently in the field.
* Good knowledge of mechanical and basic electrical systems.
* Valid driving license preferred.
* Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency breakdown calls.
* Good communication and customer-service skills.
