Job Responsibilities:
Supervise the daily operations of the dining facility. Manage and coordinate dining staff and daily service activities. Ensure efficient and timely food service. Maintain high standards of cleanliness and food safety. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.Monitor staff performance and ensure compliance with company procedures.Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations.Ensure meals and services are provided in a safe, professional, and timely manner.Handle customer concerns professionally and effectively.
Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Dining Supervisor.
Good communication skills in Arabic and English.
Strong leadership and team-management abilities.
Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and dining-service standards.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Professional attitude and good customer-service skills.
Candidates currently available in Saudi Arabia with transferable Iqama are preferred.
