How Does A Turbine Flow Meter Work?

This flow meter allows fluid to enter a chamber where the turbine wheel spins inside. In the process of flowing into the flow meter, the fluid makes the turbine wheel spin with a speed that is directly proportional to the flow rate of the liquid. The spinning of the turbine wheel is measured and a signal is generated, which helps measure the flow rate of the liquid. The turbine flow meter is mainly suggested for measurement of the flow rate of clean and non-viscous liquids.
