• Proficient in using diagnostic tools like Mercedes-Benz Star Diagnostic and MAN Cat-Comm for fault detection, ECU reprogramming, and system updates.
• Ability to analyze and interpret data from Mercedes-Benz Uptime and MAN for remote diagnostics and maintenance alerts.
