Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Transportation Engineering, Traffic Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–10 years of relevant experience in traffic management, traffic engineering, roads, highways, or infrastructure projects.
KSA experience is highly preferred.
Strong experience in preparing, reviewing, and implementing Traffic Management Plans (TMP), Temporary Traffic Management Plans (TTMP), Traffic Diversion Plans, and Temporary Traffic Control Plans (TTCP).
Experience with road diversions, lane closures, detours, traffic staging, and work-zone traffic control.
Good knowledge of the Saudi Highway Code (SHC) and applicable Saudi traffic-management requirements.
Experience coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, municipalities, and relevant authorities.
Ability to conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation of signage, barriers, cones, road markings, and other traffic-control devices.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Civil 3D, SIDRA, SYNCHRO, VISSIM, or similar software is an advantage.
Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration preferred/required as per project.
Traffic Management / Road Safety certification is an advantage.
Good English communication and technical-reporting skills.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review traffic management and diversion plans.
Monitor implementation of approved traffic-control arrangements at site.
Ensure safe movement of vehicles, pedestrians, and construction equipment.
Conduct traffic-safety inspections and identify potential risks.
Coordinate traffic diversions and road closures with project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with project specifications and Saudi traffic-management requirements.
