• Safely operate road rollers/compactors at the RAK Port project.
• Perform soil, road and surface compaction work according to project requirements.
• Conduct daily pre-start inspection of the roller.
• Ensure proper compaction and smooth operation of the equipment.
• Follow site traffic management, HSE and safety procedures.
• Maintain safe distance from workers, vehicles and other heavy equipment.
• Report equipment defects or unsafe conditions immediately.
• Follow instructions from the site supervisor and project management.
• Maintain good housekeeping around the work area.
Requirements
• Valid TÜV Certificate for Roller Operator – Mandatory.
• Valid Iqama – Mandatory.
• Valid Saudi Driving License – Mandatory.
• Valid and legally transferable/workable status in Saudi Arabia.
• Minimum 3 years of road roller/compactor operating experience is preferred.
• Saudi Arabia/GCC experience is preferred.
• Experience in port, road, industrial or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Available for immediate mobilization.
• Physically fit and safety-conscious.
