Requirements:
Must be a Graduate
Must have very good English communication skills
Must have good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Must have good knowledge of the transportation and logistics industry
Must understand truck dispatching, trip planning, driver coordination, route planning, and load follow-up
Previous experience in a transport or logistics company is preferred
Candidates currently available in Riyadh are preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Dispatch trucks and drivers according to daily transport requirements
Coordinate with drivers for loading, delivery, and offloading
Monitor ongoing trips and follow up with drivers regularly
Maintain daily trip records and transport data in Excel
Coordinate truck availability and assign vehicles to different loads
Follow up on delivery status and report any delays or operational issues
Communicate with customers, drivers, and operations team
Maintain driver and vehicle movement records
Assist in planning routes and ensuring timely deliveries
Prepare daily and weekly transport/dispatch reports
Must be able to work in a fast-paced transportation environment
Salary & Benefits:
Basic Salary: SAR 2,300 – 2,500

Iqama provided by company
Food will be the candidate’s responsibility
