Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Sales Engineer / Sales Executive to join our team and drive sales and rental business for cranes and heavy equipment across Saudi Arabia.
The ideal candidate should have proven experience in heavy equipment rental, crane rental, construction equipment, or a similar industry, with a strong understanding of construction and infrastructure project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop new business opportunities for crane and heavy equipment sales and rental.
Identify and approach potential customers, contractors, construction companies, and infrastructure projects.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and develop new client accounts.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable equipment and rental solutions.
Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and follow up on proposals to secure orders and rental contracts.
Conduct regular customer and project-site visits to identify business opportunities.
Coordinate with the operations team regarding equipment availability, mobilization, delivery, and rental requirements.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and rental rates.
Achieve assigned sales and rental revenue targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, quotations, and opportunities.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in crane rental, heavy equipment rental, construction equipment, or machinery rental.
Strong knowledge of the equipment rental business and construction industry.
Existing relationships with contractors, construction companies, infrastructure projects, or equipment rental customers will be an advantage.
Experience in B2B sales, business development, customer relationship management, and commercial negotiations.
Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
Saudi Arabia market experience is preferred.
Valid Saudi driving license is an advantage.
