Hiring an experienced Spray Painter to apply industrial coatings to oil field machinery and structures. Candidates must mix paints to precise ratios, operate high-pressure spray equipment efficiently, prepare surfaces thoroughly, and follow safety protocols regarding hazardous fumes.
Responsibilities:
o Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, and applying primer.
o Mix industrial paints, thinners, and protective coatings accurately.
o Operate high-pressure spray-painting machinery smoothly and safely.
o Apply even protective coats to heavy machinery and structures.
o Clean and service spray guns, nozzles, and hoses daily.
o Wear proper respirators and protective equipment at all times.
