We are hiring a precision Grinder to smooth metal surfaces, remove weld seam imperfections, and prepare components for painting or assembly. Candidates must operate power tools safely, inspect finished parts for accuracy, and maintain grinding equipment regularly.
Responsibilities:
o Operate manual and power grinding machines to finish metals.
o Smooth rough metal edges, welds, and surface defects.
o Select suitable grinding wheels based on material specs.
o Inspect finished parts for precision and smooth surface quality.
o Perform routine tool maintenance and change worn wheels.
o Follow strict safety protocols, including eye and face protection.
