Job Requirements
Minimum 3-6 years of Gulf experience in AC/HVAC works.
Good knowledge of split AC, package units, central AC, and other HVAC systems.
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot AC faults.
Knowledge of electrical and refrigeration systems.
Ability to perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
Good understanding of AC installation, servicing, gas charging, and repair.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication and safety awareness.
Roles & Responsibilities
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air-conditioning and HVAC systems.
Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration-related faults.
Perform regular preventive maintenance of AC units.
Check refrigerant levels, pressure, compressors, motors, thermostats, and electrical connections.
Carry out refrigerant gas charging and leak detection when required.
Clean and replace filters, coils, drain lines, and other components.
Attend emergency breakdowns and complete repairs efficiently.
Maintain proper records of maintenance and repair activities.
Follow company safety procedures and ensure all work is completed safely.
Coordinate with supervisors and other maintenance teams when required.
