Operation Manger

Experienced Bakery Operations Manager required for a full-time position in Ras Al Khaimah. Responsible for daily bakery operations, production and quality supervision, staff management, attendance, schedules and leave, cleanliness and food safety, customer service, sales and daily cash closing, inventory, purchasing, suppliers, maintenance, and opening and closing operations. Relevant bakery, restaurant or food-service experience required. Must be responsible, organized and able to manage operations independently. Good English is required to communicate with the owner.
