I am writing to express my strong interest in the Materials Engineer position. With solid experience in construction materials, procurement coordination, material submittals, vendor management, and quality control, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your project and procurement team.
I have hands-on experience in material procurement and coordination, including sourcing and following up with suppliers, reviewing material quotations and technical documentation, preparing and coordinating material submittals, tracking material approvals, monitoring delivery schedules, and ensuring that required materials are available at site as per project requirements.
In addition, I have relevant experience in façade and aluminium works, including aluminium profiles, façade systems, accessories, fittings, glass-related materials, and other associated façade components. I am familiar with coordinating technical and commercial requirements with suppliers and subcontractors, reviewing material specifications and submittals, and ensuring that materials comply with approved drawings, project specifications, and required quality standards.
My background in QA/QC and construction materials has also given me strong knowledge of material inspection, documentation, compliance requirements, and coordination with consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams. I am experienced in reviewing technical documents, material certificates, inspection requirements, and supporting the approval and delivery process while maintaining project quality and schedule requirements.
I am currently based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, with a transferable Iqama and a valid KSA driving license, and I am available to join as required. I am adaptable, responsible, and capable of working under project deadlines while effectively coordinating between procurement, engineering, quality, suppliers, and site teams.
