This is a full-time, on-site ELV Presales Engineer role based in Dammam. The ELV presales Engineer will identify and qualify opportunities, prepare proposals, and present integrated ELV solutions to clients across sectors such as commercial, industrial, and infrastructure. Daily responsibilities include understanding client requirements, performing site visits, coordinating with design and technical teams, and preparing technical and commercial offers. The role involves managing the full sales cycle, including lead follow-up, technical clarifications, negotiations, and supporting contract closure. The ELV Presales Engineer will also provide sales and limited post-sales technical support, maintain strong customer relationships, and keep accurate records of opportunities, forecasts, and activities in the company’s systems.
Qualifications
Strong Presales Engineering skills, including solution design, proposal preparation, and technical presentations for ELV systems.
Hands-on Technical Support capabilities for ELV solutions such as CCTV, access control, fire alarm, networking, and related low current systems.
Proficiency in Sales and Customer Service, including lead management, negotiation, relationship building, and after-sales follow-up.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Communications, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience in ELV or low current systems within a sales, pre-sales, or technical role, preferably in the GCC region.
Familiarity with relevant standards, codes, and best practices for ELV systems and infrastructure projects.
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Comfort working on-site, conducting site surveys, and collaborating with contractors, consultants, and end users.
