* Prepare authentic Bangladeshi and Indian dishes (e.g., Kacchi Biryani, Bhorta platters, curries, and traditional sides) with consistent quality and flavor.
* Maintain kitchen hygiene, food safety, and waste control standards.
* Manage high-volume peak hours efficiently while maintaining speed of service.
**Requirements**
* Proven practical experience as a Chef/Cook in Bangladeshi or Indian restaurants.
* Deep knowledge of traditional spices, recipes, and authentic cooking techniques.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle kitchen operations under pressure.
* Valid transferrable Iqama preferred.
