We are seeking an experienced and strategic Operations Manager to oversee our manpower supply operations in Jeddah.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and optimize end-to-end manpower supply operations, deployment, and client service delivery.
Manage client relationships, contract fulfillment, and workforce planning across various projects.
Ensure full compliance with Saudi Labor Law, Saudization targets, and government portal regulations (Qiwa, Muqeem, GOSI).
Oversee recruitment pipelines, mobilization, and daily workforce management.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 5+ years of proven leadership experience specifically within the manpower supply / workforce solutions sector in Saudi Arabia.
Languages: Business fluency in English and Arabic.
Licensing: Valid Saudi driving license required.
Transfer Status: Must be available for immediate Iqama transfer.
Location: Strictly open to applicants currently residing in Jeddah.
