Based on our business experience, we have faced significant delays in receiving payments beyond the agreed payment terms. Although the agreed credit period was 30 days, outstanding payments have remained unsettled for more than two years, despite repeated follow-ups and requests for clarification.
The explanations provided regarding the delayed payments have not addressed the outstanding amounts or resulted in timely settlement. Communication and responses have also been significantly delayed, which has had a serious impact on our business operations.
Our experience has raised serious concerns regarding the company’s adherence to agreed payment commitments and business practices. We strongly recommend that suppliers, service providers, and manpower companies conduct thorough due diligence and secure appropriate payment terms before engaging in business.
Based on our experience, we would strongly advise suppliers not to provide goods, services, or manpower on unsecured credit terms without adequate payment protection.
