## Job Description
We are a *mobile garage and automotive diagnostic service company* providing vehicle diagnostics, inspections, maintenance, and repair support at customer locations and from our Tubli base.
We are looking for an experienced *Automotive Diagnostic Technician* who can also handle *spare-parts sourcing and supplier coordination*.
The role includes vehicle diagnostics, customer handling, mobile service visits, basic maintenance, sourcing required parts, and negotiating with suppliers.
## Responsibilities
* Perform vehicle diagnostics using Launch, Autel, or similar tools.
* Diagnose electrical, electronic, sensor, and mechanical faults.
* Strong focus on *BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, and other European vehicles*.
* Perform OBD2 scanning and pre-purchase vehicle inspections.
* Attend customer locations for mobile diagnostic and garage services when required.
* Carry out basic services such as oil/filter changes, AC gas top-up, coolant, battery testing/replacement, and tire plugging.
* Explain diagnostic results and recommended repairs to customers.
* Source required spare parts using VIN, model, and part numbers.
* Contact suppliers, obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate the best rates.
* Recommend suitable parts, oils, filters, fluids, and services to customers.
## Requirements
* Minimum *3 years automotive diagnostic experience*.
* Strong experience with German/European vehicles.
* Good knowledge of automotive spare parts and sourcing.
* Experience with professional diagnostic scanners.
* Good English communication skills.
* Arabic, Hindi, or Malayalam is an advantage.
* Good customer service and negotiation skills.
* *A valid International Driving Permit / International Driving License is mandatory.*
* A valid driving license from *Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Oman, or Kuwait is preferred but not mandatory.*
* Must be comfortable handling both mobile service visits and workshop/yard duties.
## Vehicle Requirement
* *A company vehicle will be provided for official work.*
* However, candidates who *already have their own car in Bahrain will have an advantage during the selection process*, particularly during the initial joining period.
