We are looking for an Aramco Approved Procurement Quality Control Supervisor (PQCS) to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
Valid Saudi Aramco Approval as PQCS is mandatory.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 7 years of inspection/QC experience, with at least 3 years in vendor inspection supervision.
Experience in Aramco/EPC projects is required.
Strong knowledge of procurement quality, vendor inspection, ITPs, QCPs, and inspection documentation.
Experience reviewing Material Requisitions, Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), Purchase Orders, and vendor documents.
Experience preparing Inspection Assignment Packages (IAPs) and coordinating TPI/SAIR inspections.
Ability to coordinate with vendors, suppliers, project teams, and Aramco representatives.
Strong reporting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise procurement quality activities and vendor inspections.
Review procurement and quality documentation for compliance with project and Aramco requirements.
Coordinate inspections, pre-inspection meetings, ITPs, and inspection assignments.
Monitor vendor quality performance and resolve non-conformities.
Maintain procurement quality records and prepare quality reports.
