💰 Rental & Takeover Details
- Annual rent: SAR 36,000
- Available for takeover from 11 September 2026
- Current rental agreement runs until 30 November 2026
- Total amount for the remaining period: SAR 8,000
A new rental year/new rental agreement will start on 1 December 2026, subject to the applicable Ejar procedures and requirements.
