Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Perform inspection & supervision of civil and structural works, including
foundations, concrete, steel structures, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, and material submittals to
ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Prepare and review technical reports, daily progress reports.
• Coordinate with project managers, site engineers, contractors, and quality
teams to resolve technical and quality issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and actively participate in
safety inspections.

• Identify and report non-conformances, ensuring corrective actions are

Job Description/Responsibilities:
• Review drawings, construction plans, and method statements to ensure
compliance with approved design and safety requirements.
• Supervise and execute civil and structural works on site in accordance with
Engineering Standards and project specifications.
• Inspection daily site activities, including excavation, formwork, reinforcement,
concrete pouring, finishing, and infrastructure works.
• Coordinate and collaborate with architects, contractors, consultants, QA/QC
team, materials engineer and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives
are met.
• Maintaining the Site Materials Stock & Records.
• Estimated quantity and material costs during project planning to support
budgeting and costing. •
• Ensure quality control and assurance through inspections, testing, and
verification as per the Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Supervise concrete work, including quality control and coordination with
suppliers and contractors to ensure high standards.
• Monitor project progress, quality control measures, and compliance with
health and safety regulations. •
• Track progress reports, site documentation, and as-built drawings for project
records and client submission.
