We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join our café & bakery team in Bahrain.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily operations across all branches
* Manage and supervise staff performance
* Ensure excellent customer service and café standards
* Monitor inventory, wastage and operational costs
* Maintain cleanliness, quality and food safety standards
* Handle staff scheduling and operational issues
* Provide regular reports to management
* Ensure company policies and SOPs are followed
Requirements:
* Previous café/restaurant management experience
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Organized, responsible and hands-on
* Able to manage multiple branches and teams
* Available to work flexible hours
