Known Issues & Transparency:
Minor oil seepage under the oil pan due to the engine main seal. I have already bought genuine Hyundai front/rear main seals and will hand them over to the buyer.
Catalytic converter element was emptied out (a common design issue on Elantras where the internal element breaks and blocks the exhaust).
Spare tire is missing (stolen).
A/C needs a freon refill (I am willing to refill it for the buyer at Petromin at my expense).
Side mirrors do not fold or adjust electronically, though power windows work fine (door control unit issue).
Driver's door keyless entry touch sensor (handle button) is not functioning.
