🔥 What You Will Do
👥 Manage and supervise delivery riders on a daily basis
📱 Handle and resolve rider queries, complaints & operational issues
📊 Monitor rider performance, attendance, login hours & orders
🎯 Improve rider productivity and ensure daily/monthly targets are achieved
🚨 Follow up with low-performing riders and help improve their performance
📝 Monitor rider attendance, session compliance & operational discipline
🤝 Coordinate with riders and operations management
⚡ Handle urgent operational problems and provide quick solutions
👨💼 Support recruitment, onboarding and training of new riders
📈 Prepare daily performance reports and identify riders who need improvement
Ensure company rules, platform requirements and operational procedures are followed
✅ Requirements
Previous experience in HungerStation & Keeta is REQUIRED
Strong knowledge of food delivery operations in Saudi Arabia
Previous experience managing delivery riders/team
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to handle rider issues professionally
Good knowledge of rider performance metrics and platform operations
Ability to work under pressure and manage a large team
Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets is preferred
Arabic + English preferred; Hindi/Urdu/Bangla is an advantage
Must be available in Riyadh
