We are looking for a skilled and reliable Piling Rig Machine Operator to join our team for foundation and piling works. The operator will be responsible for operating, maneuvering, and maintaining heavy piling rigs (e.g., XCMG, Bauer, Soilmec, SANY, or similar) safely and efficiently on construction sites.
Key Responsibilities
Safe operation of piling rig machinery for drilling boreholes, casing placement, and pile foundation setup.
Perform daily pre-operational equipment checks (engine oil, hydraulic lines, wire ropes, and mechanical safety controls).
Coordinate closely with site engineers, riggers, and banksmen during position alignments and drilling operations.
Monitor ground conditions, drilling resistance, and depth to prevent borehole instability or equipment overload.
Carry out routine minor maintenance, lubrications, and report mechanical defects promptly to the maintenance department.
Comply strictly with site HSE policies, lifting limits, and safety guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of direct experience as a Piling Rig Operator in civil foundation or infrastructure projects.
License/Certification: Valid Heavy Equipment Operator License (Saudi Arabia) and valid SAG/TUV operator certification.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with hydraulic piling rigs, augers, buckets, and casing systems.
Status: Transferable Iqama and immediate availability to join preferred.
