Profile: Civil Engineering Graduate with 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Civil Site supervisor.

• Manage and supervise all the construction activities on site
• Supervised and monitored execution of civil and structural works in compliance with drawings, specifications, and
standards.
• Conducted Safety green light in every Morning of the work day.
• Prepared and reviewed Bar Bending Schedules (BBS).
• Coordinated with consultants, architects, and engineering teams to resolve site issues.
• Inspected reinforcement, formwork, and structural elements prior to concreting.
• Allocated and managed resources, labor,r and equipment to optimize efficiency and minimize wastage.
• Ensured compliance with international codes (ACI, BS, ASTM, AASHTO) and project specifications.
• Enforced site safety, quality, and environmental standards and client satisfaction.
• Ensured strict adherence to HSE procedures, enforcing PPE usage and safety compliance on-site
• Coordinated material availability, equipment readiness, and resource allocation to prevent project delays
• Resolved technical issues on-site by reviewing drawings and identifying clashes, providing effective engineering
solutions.
• Supervised all works on schedule with zero safety incidents.
• Worked with contractors to complete project on time and within budget
• Making plans for daily work and Preparing Invoices.
• Review and approve change orders. Notify pm and other affected personnel of all changes
• Coordinate with sub-contractors and stakeholders.
• Preparing concrete and other materials order and witnessing different tests of concrete
• Prepare progress reports and documentation
• Ensure quality control and quality assurance
• Ensure that all work is as per project specifications and approved drawings
• Implement safety policies and procedures
I have contributed to EPC and building projects by ensuring first-time-right quality, safety, and schedule adherence.
Currently open to Civil Site supervisor roles in KSA.
