We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Control Supervisor to lead Quality Control activities in a Medical Device manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will ensure that raw materials, in-process production, finished products, cleanroom activities, and sterilization processes meet approved specifications and quality-system requirements.
The role includes supervising QC team, reviewing test results; managing non-conformances and corrective actions; monitoring product quality trends; and maintaining accurate quality records, procedures, and reports. The candidate will also oversee laboratory instrument calibration and validation, support cleanroom hygiene and contamination investigations, monitor sterilization activities, and coordinate with Production, Purchasing, Stores, Maintenance, and external service providers.
Note: Experience in Medical Device Manufacturing is a must.
