📍 Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia
We are looking for an experienced Ultra-High-Performance Concrete (UHPC) Production Engineer to join our manufacturing team.
The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in UHPC, high-performance concrete, precast concrete, or specialized cementitious material production, with solid knowledge of concrete technology and manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise UHPC batching, mixing, casting, and production activities.
- Monitor mix consistency, rheology, flowability, and production quality.
- Control fiber dosing and dispersion to prevent segregation and fiber balling.
- Monitor specialized curing processes, including heat/steam curing where applicable.
- Troubleshoot batching inconsistencies, cracking, surface defects, and other production issues.
- Optimize mix cycles, material utilization, production efficiency, and waste reduction.
- Coordinate with QC teams for strength, durability, and other required testing.
- Ensure production equipment and processes operate efficiently and according to required standards.
- Maintain production records, batch logs, and relevant SOPs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5+ years of relevant experience in precast concrete, high-strength/high-performance concrete, ready-mix, or specialized concrete production.
- UHPC experience is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of concrete mix design, admixtures, silica fume, fiber-reinforced concrete, curing, and quality control.
- Good understanding of relevant ASTM / EN standards.
- Strong troubleshooting and production optimization skills.
- Good command of English.
