📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We are urgently looking for a highly experienced Senior Site Manager with a strong background in façade construction and installation works to lead and manage all site activities for a major project in Riyadh.
We are looking for a strong, hands-on leader who can take full ownership of site operations, effectively manage teams, maintain discipline and organization, and ensure that work is delivered safely, efficiently, and according to project requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all day-to-day façade site activities.
- Supervise site engineers, supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and manpower.
- Plan and coordinate façade installation activities according to project schedules and priorities.
- Monitor site progress and ensure productivity targets and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate with project management, design, QA/QC, HSE, logistics, and other relevant teams.
- Identify and resolve site issues, delays, and coordination conflicts.
- Ensure installation works comply with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and safety requirements.
- Maintain strong control over manpower, materials, equipment, and site organization.
- Conduct site meetings and provide clear progress updates to management.
- Take full ownership of site execution and ensure the team operates effectively.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Architectural Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of construction/site experience, with significant experience in façade works.
- Proven experience managing large-scale façade installation activities.
- Strong knowledge of curtain wall, cladding, aluminium, glazing, and façade systems.
- Strong leadership and team-management skills.
- Excellent planning, coordination, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple site activities and teams under demanding project conditions.
- Good command of English.
Candidates with strong GCC/Saudi Arabia façade project experience will be highly preferred.
