Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing and social media management
• Strong understanding of construction processes and client-side perspective in the industry
• Experience in social media management, content creation, and brand visibility
• Experience running internal communications or employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs and surveys
• Good working knowledge of basic design tools and content writing
• Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Fluent in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Experience in construction or contracting industry is an advantage
