Requirements:
• Minimum 7–8 years of fit-out and contracting site experience with a reputable local company
• Strong ability to read, understand, and execute detailed AutoCAD/shop drawings
• Strong site management and daily site-control skills
• Ability to independently control manpower, workmanship, and quality
• Strong coordination skills between the project team, subcontractors, consultants, client, and landlord/mall management
• Strong understanding of QA/QC requirements, inspections, snagging, and finishing standards
• Good understanding of HSE requirements and site discipline
• Excellent communication and reporting skills
