Requirements:
· Strong background in civil quality control within construction, engineering, or industrial sectors.
· Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering.
· Minimum 10 years of experience in civil construction quality management, including 5+ years in SE substation or utility infrastructure projects.
· Saudi Energy (SE) Approval as a Civil QC Engineer (preferred).
· Proven experience coordinating with clients, consultants, and SE for inspections, approvals, and civil documentation.
· Solid understanding of QMS standards, QA/QC protocols, civil works, foundations, structural concrete, finishing works, and substation-related civil activities.
· Hands-on experience with ITPs, method statements, material approvals, concrete & steel inspections, NCR management, and related civil quality procedures.
