Requirements:
• Proven and relevant experience with a similar fit-out/contracting company
• Ability to support PMs in site coordination, execution, and technical follow-up
• Ability to review shop drawings and specifications
• Experience with material follow-up, subcontractor coordination, and site readiness
• Good grasp of progress monitoring, look-ahead planning, and reporting
• Comfortable tracking RFIs, approvals, submittals, and pending decisions
• Strong ownership, accountability, and cost awareness
• Bahraini National is preferred
