A food delivery supervisor in Bahrain need to manage daily dispatch workflows, leads teams of delivery riders, and resolves timely issues to ensure orders reach customers quickly.
Lead, schedule, and train delivery drivers.
Monitor Operations: Track live orders, routing software, and GPS systems to speed up delivery.
Solve Problems: Fix delays, address driver issues, and handle customer complaints
Ensure Safety: Follow local traffic laws, vehicle rules, and food hygiene guidelines
Knowledge of putting daily attendance & shifts for the riders on daily basis.
Should have working knowledge of atleast 03 years in Food delivery business .
Should be locally available in Bahrain and ready for immediate joining.
