General civil construction works
The subcontractor must have:
Good experience in villa construction projects in Bahrain
Experienced and sufficient manpower
Qualified supervisors/foremen
Ability to follow project drawings and schedules
Commitment to quality and project deadlines
Own tools and necessary construction equipment
