I am looking to transfer my family Flat neat and clean which is near by alrajhi and SNB back side khubaib street,

The flat is with 02 bedroom and 01 hall with 02 toilets and 01 kitchen, New building and ground floor flat.

The yearly rent is SAR 8500 I have already paid 06 months of rent SAR 4250 plus SAR 100 for water and end of month august i will complete 04 months the remaining is 02 months.

The third party should pay me 02 months rent included water bill and appliances.

02 months rent SAR1465.
Appliances SAR1500.

The Total is SAR 2965.00
