### Requirements:
* Previous experience as a **Worker Welfare Manager** or in a similar position.
* **Previous experience working on NEOM projects is mandatory.**
* Relevant experience in worker welfare within large-scale construction projects.
* Good knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and worker welfare requirements.
* Good command of English.
* Strong communication and coordination skills with project teams and the client.
