With over 22 years of hands-on and leadership experience delivering MEP and multi-discipline construction projects across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, I bring a proven record of steering large, multi-party developments — from design coordination through execution, commissioning, and close-out — while protecting client budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
My recent experience abig scale developments projects in Saudi Arabia: as Senior Project Manager on a large entertainment complex in Makkah, I coordinate directly with the client, PMC, consultant, and main contractor on design compliance, off-site fabrication, QA/QC, and commercial reporting; and as Client Representative on a major mixed-use mall and hotel development in Al-Madinah Al-Munawwarah, I represented the owner's interests throughout contract administration, risk mitigation, and progress governance. Earlier in my career, I led MEP execution, estimation, and cost control on healthcare, defense, commercial, and residential projects across Qatar and the UAE.
I hold UPDA Grade "A" certification, Saudi Council of Engineers membership, and PMI's full portfolio-to-project credential set — PfMP, PgMP, PMP, and PMI-RMP — together with NCMA's CCCM commercial contracts credential. This combination of technical MEP depth, formal project and risk management training, and direct GCC site experience allows me to move confidently between strategic project direction and the technical detail required to keep complex, high-value developments on track. I am currently based in Riyadh with a transferable Iqama and am available to join promptly.
