Business Development Manager - Civil Fit Out Interiors

Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Lead Generation
• Identify new business opportunities in civil fit-out, interior fit-out, renovation, and refurbishment projects.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of potential projects.
• Research upcoming projects, developers, consultants, contractors, and end clients.
• Generate leads through networking, market research, referrals, and industry contacts.

2. Client & Consultant Management
• Establish and maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, designers, and main contractors.
• Understand client requirements, project specifications, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, site visits, and negotiations.
• Ensure regular follow-up with prospective and existing clients.

3. Tender & Estimation Coordination
• Review RFQs, BOQs, drawings, specifications, and scope of work.
• Coordinate with estimation, QS, engineering, procurement, and operations teams for tender preparation.
• Prepare commercial proposals and ensure timely submission of quotations.
• Analyze competitors and market pricing to develop competitive bids.
• Clarify technical and commercial requirements with clients/consultants.

4. Commercial & Negotiation
• Negotiate prices, payment terms, scope, exclusions, and contractual conditions.
• Follow up on submitted quotations and convert opportunities into contracts.
• Support contract finalization and ensure commercial risks are identified.
• Monitor sales targets, margins, and order intake.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Interior Design, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
A B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering is preferred.
MBA/PG Diploma in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or Construction Management is an added advantage.

10–12 years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial roles
