Role Overview
We are seeking an organized, reliable, and proactive Store In-Charge to manage inventory operations, oversee stock reception and dispatch, and ensure smooth store administration. You will play a critical role in maintaining accurate stock levels, safeguarding store assets, and supporting daily operational needs.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day store management, stock organization, and inventory tracking.
Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock, material shipments, and equipment.
Prepare and dispatch outgoing goods accurately against delivery notes and purchase orders.
Perform regular stock audits, physical counts, and reconcile inventory records.
Maintain accurate digital and physical documentation for all store movements.
Ensure optimal safety, cleanliness, and security standards within the storage facility.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Store In-Charge, Storekeeper, or Inventory Controller.
Strong familiarity with inventory management software and MS Office (Excel, Word).
High attention to detail with solid organizational and record-keeping skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
