Position :
Construction Supervisor / Site Coordinator
Requirements
5+ years of SABIC site experience is mandatory ( Jubail Candidates only )
Strong ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Proven experience in supervising subcontractors and workers.
Good knowledge of construction methods, specifications, and site activities.
Strong HSE awareness and commitment to safe working practices.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
Candidates with relevant Saudi industrial/construction project experience are preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise daily construction activities at site.
Coordinate with subcontractors, workers, and project teams.
Ensure work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Monitor site progress, quality, and safety requirements.
Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with relevant departments.
