*Minimum 5–8 years of relevant experience in structural engineering, preferably in construction, infrastructure, industrial, or commercial projects.
*Experience in structural design, analysis, construction supervision, and technical coordination.
*Experience in Saudi Arabia or GCC projects is preferred.
• Conduct and document structural steel erection inspections, including monitoring of erection procedures to verify adherence to approved methods and safety standards.
• Execute Field Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), ensuring proper implementation of all quality control measures.
• Verify steel material deliveries against purchase orders and mill certificates, ensuring material compliance with project specifications.
• Perform foundation anchor bolt alignment, survey checks, and ensure correct positioning before erection.
• Supervise on-site joint fit-up, bolting, and assembly activities, ensuring proper procedures and torque specifications are followed.
• Oversee field welding, non-destructive testing (NDT), and coating applications to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor erection crane operations, rigging, and lifting activities, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and proper load management.
• Manage punch-list items related to structural steel, coordinate repairs, and facilitate project handover upon completion.
• Proven on-site experience in structural steel erection and supervision.
• Valid certifications for working at heights, heavy lifting, crane operation, and rigging safety.
• Credentials in welding, bolting, or NDT inspection as applicable.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting steel fabrication and erection drawings.
• Ability to operate effectively in high-elevation and harsh site conditions.
• Familiarity with torque wrenches, tension testing gauges, and related quality control tools.
• Strong coordination and communication skills for direct supervision of steel erectors and subcontractors.
• Knowledge of work permit systems, safety regulations, and compliance standards.
• Experience in site surveillance for subcontractor activities and non-conformance (NCR) management.
• Ability to identify and resolve field issues, including punch-list clearance and mechanical completion.
• Competence in verifying as-built drawings and tracking field progress.
• Commitment to maintaining compliance with project specifications, drawings, safety standards, and local building codes.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing site conditions.
• Strong safety awareness and commitment to zero-incident objectives.
• Process inspection requests, Follow standard inspection procedures
• Review construction documentation, Maintain clear records
• Compile final hand-over files, Identify installation defects

• Experienced in Aramco sites more than 4 years
• 8 years and above of overall experience
• Relevant degree in Civil/ Structural Engineering
