We are looking for an experienced Price Estimator to join our team in Saudi Arabia.
Requirements:
* Experience in construction/residential building projects.
* Strong knowledge of material, labor, and project cost estimation.
* Ability to prepare accurate quotations and BOQs.
* Experience in analyzing drawings, specifications, and project requirements.
* Good knowledge of Excel and estimation software.
* Strong communication and negotiation skills.
* Relevant experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed project cost estimates and quotations.
* Calculate material, labor, equipment, and other project costs.
* Review drawings and BOQs to ensure accurate pricing.
* Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for quotations.
* Analyze project requirements and prepare competitive prices.
