Urgent Requirement Of Mechanical QC Engineers Who Are Locally Available

Al Moallam Company (CJSC) is looking for a full-time experienced Mechanical QC Engineers who are locally available and can immediately join. Candidates should have the following:

*Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from a recognized university.
3–7 years of relevant experience in Mechanical QA/QC, preferably in construction, EPC, industrial, infrastructure, or oil & gas projects.
*Previous experience in Saudi Arabia/GCC projects is preferred.
*Strong knowledge of mechanical installation, inspection, testing, and commissioning.
*Good knowledge of piping, mechanical equipment, welding, pressure testing, and related construction activities.
*Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings, P&IDs, specifications, and technical documents.
*Good knowledge of applicable international codes and standards such as ASME, API, ASTM, AWS, and relevant project specifications.
*Experience with QA/QC documentation, ITPs, Method Statements, IRs, NCRs, and Test Packs.
*Review and understand approved mechanical drawings, specifications, method statements, ITPs, and project quality requirements.
*Monitor and inspect mechanical installation activities to ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications.
*Inspect mechanical equipment, piping systems, valves, pumps, tanks, vessels, HVAC systems, and other mechanical works as applicable to the project.
*Verify that materials and equipment received at site comply with approved material submittals, specifications, and purchase requirements.
*Prepare and coordinate Inspection Requests (IRs) and ensure timely inspection by the consultant/client.
*Conduct inspections at different stages of mechanical installation and verify workmanship quality.
Monitor piping fabrication, erection, alignment, supports, welding, bolting, pressure testing, flushing, and related activities.
*Review welding procedures, WPS/PQR, welder qualifications, and welding inspection records where applicable.
*Coordinate and monitor NDT activities and review relevant test reports.
Witness and verify hydrostatic, pneumatic, leak, pressure, functional, and other applicable mechanical tests.
*Ensure mechanical equipment installation, alignment, leveling, grouting, and connections are carried out as per approved requirements.
*Monitor HVAC and other mechanical systems, including ducting, piping, equipment installation, insulation, and testing where applicable.
*Identify quality issues and initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) when required.
*Follow up on corrective and preventive actions and ensure NCRs are properly closed.
*Maintain inspection records, checklists, test reports, material inspection reports, and other QA/QC documentation.
