We’re Hiring: Production Engineer – Rebar Cut & Bend

We’re looking for an experienced Production Engineer to manage and optimize our rebar cut-and-bend operations, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.

*Requirements:
- 3–5 years of production engineering experience, preferably in rebar cut & bend or steel fabrication.
- Strong knowledge of cutting & bending machinery and reinforcement processes.
- Good leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong commitment to quality, safety, and continuous improvement.

*Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and oversee daily production activities.
- Ensure timely completion of orders and quality standards.
- Optimize machinery and production efficiency.
- Supervise and develop production staff.
- Coordinate raw material availability.
- Drive process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Ensure QMS and safety compliance.
