Estimation & Proposals Manager (Corporate)

Position Summary:
The company is seeking a highly competent, commercially astute, and technically strong Estimation & Proposals Manager to lead the Company's Corporate Estimation and Proposal Management function.

The successful candidate shall be responsible for planning, coordinating, preparing, reviewing, and submitting high-quality technical and commercial proposals for Engineering, Procurement, Construction (EPC), Lump Sum Turnkey (LSTK), Long-Term Agreements (LTA), Lump Sum Price Bids (LSPB), Maintenance Framework Contracts (MFC), Service Framework Contracts (SFC), Operation & Maintenance, Shutdown, Brownfield Modification, and Infrastructure projects.

The position plays a critical role in securing new business opportunities and directly contributes to the Company's growth strategy by ensuring technically compliant, commercially competitive, risk-balanced, and profitable bids for Saudi Aramco, SABIC, Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), Riyadh Airports Company (RAC), Marafiq, KJO, SWCC, Ma'aden, Royal Commission, and other major industrial clients.

The Estimation & Proposals Manager shall lead multidisciplinary bid teams, coordinate with all internal departments, engage with clients and partners, and ensure every proposal reflects company commitment to technical excellence, commercial integrity, and execution capability.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Corporate Estimation & Proposal Management:
• Lead the Corporate Estimation and Proposal Department.
• Develop and implement Company-wide estimation standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage the complete bid lifecycle from opportunity identification to final proposal submission.
• Ensure all bids are submitted on time, fully compliant, technically sound, commercially competitive, and strategically positioned.
• Maintain complete confidentiality of all tender-related information.
